Jewellery Care
Every piece of jewellery is hand crafted with care and attention to detail. We use sterling silver, Swarovski crystals, semi-precious gemstones, and freshwater pearls just to name a few. Please note that because our jewellery is made using natural materials, allow for variations in stone shape, size, colour, etc.
To care for your jewellery; you should always refrain from putting it on until all of your perfume, hairspray and make-up is applied. When you are finished wearing your piece it is recommended that you gently wipe it down with a lightly damp soft cloth. In order to prevent silver from tarnishing please store your piece in a small sealable plastic bag by itself. For cleaning sterling silver you may clean with a small amount of liquid detergent and a half cup of warm water and dry gently with a silver cleaning cloth or a soft cotton cloth.

Jewellery Parties
To host a jewellery party for any occasion please contact us at sales@monpetitbijou.ca or call 416.996.0634. We request one month notice in advance of event in order to discuss details. What a great way to enjoy the company of family, friends, and co-workers.
Measurements
Measuring your Wrist: To determine the bracelet size you require, measure your wrist with a soft flexible measuring tape and add approximately 3/4" or 1" to the amount. If you do not have a measuring tape you can use a ribbon or piece of string. Mark the length then measure with a ruler.

Payment
We accept payment online through PayPal by VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Taxes
For Ontario shoppers, 5% GST and 8% PST are applicable. For all other Canadian shoppers, 5% GST or 13% HST will be applicable.
Shipping
Because each item is handcrafted please allow approximately 2 weeks before the item is shipped and once payment is received. We ship anywhere within Canada and the USA through Canada Post and the rates are $10.00 for any orders less than $75.00. Any orders over $75.00 (before taxes) include FREE SHIPPING. For any special requests or priority shipping please contact us.
Packaging
We carefully package each piece in a box within a bubble-wrapped envelope.
Return Policy
We pride ourselves with the quality of our product. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will accept returns within 14 days of your received shipment date. Product exchanges or refunds are accepted. Once the jewellery has been received back, at your request we will either ship a replacement piece or refund your credit card, less shipping and handling. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
